We are a long way from home and we can't shake the sensation that someone, or something, is keeping eyes on us. Join the 2024 Colt Cadets on a harrowing adventure through THE WOODS, featuring unique arrangements of Prokofiev's "Peter and the Wolf," an enchanting ballad from Sondheim's hit musical, Into the Woods, and Jay Kennedy's wind band masterpiece, "The Path Between the Mountains."

“With all designers returning from the previous season and as excited as ever to get the show in the CC performers’ hands, I think this is going to be an incredible, memorable show,” said Program Director Steve Lyons. “What keeps me fresh with the Colt Cadets is the knowledge and the care that the instructional staff gives to the corps and our design team, and how capable the team is as a whole in giving the students show material that is fun and a great teaching tool.”

The Colt Cadets are still in the process of building the corps for the coming season. If you have an interest in being part of this amazing show, attend an upcoming rehearsal weekend. Our next weekend camp is April 5-7, at the Iowa National Guard Armory in Dubuque, Iowa. Check out all the details on our News page.

Colt Cadets Director Harlan Pfohl is ready to welcome you to the program. "Colt Cadets is a great way to get started in the drum corps activity," said Harlan. "We have a full schedule of shows planned for the summer including a season-ending performance at the DCI World Championships in Indianapolis. And our fees are about half the cost of most DCI groups."

Don't miss this incredible showcase of talent and creativity and see a show live near you. Or better yet, be part of the show by joining the Colt Cadets on the field this summer!
